Kit for the manufacture of O-rings. The kit comprises O-ring cords of various diameters, IS adhesive, snap-off blade knives and a ruler containing holes of various diameters. Using the ruler's holes, measure the diameter of the old O-ring. The appropriate O-ring cord is inserted through the hole in the ruler and cut with the knife so that the cut surface is straight. The O-ring is then joined using the adhesive, and there is a V-groove in the ruler to help ensure that the joint is straight. The adhesive cures in approximately 15 seconds. Not intended for moving seals. Good chemical resistance to petrol, hydrocarbon oils, acids and alkalis.
