PS-800 is a soldering station with "Smart-Heat" technology where high-frequency AC-voltage from a HF generator supplies a miniature soldering iron and the material composition of the tip ensures that the correct temperature is always maintained. Calibration is not necessary. PS-800 is very suitable for hand soldering with lead-free solder at 215–220 °C where sensitive components may be damaged, if the operating temperature of the soldering tip varies and continuous calibrations are needed for maintaining of tip temperature. Wide range of soldering tips of different shapes and temperature ranges available as accessories.
Supplied with HF generator PS-PW1, miniature soldering iron PS-CA1 with coaxial cable, stand PS-WSK1, tip extractor CP2, sponge YS4 and multilingual manual.
