WSL 2 is an electronically controlled 160 W soldering station with continuously variable temperature regulation 50 - 450 °C. Designed with connections for two separate soldering tools. Both channels deliver 80 W and can be used simultaneously. All electronically controlled soldering tools can be connected. The electronic control unit identifies which soldering tool that is connected and automatically sets the correct parameters. Designed with digital display for current set temperature, adjusted by touch-controls. Optical regulation control with LED indication for each channel. Continuous light indicates that the soldering pen is heating up. Different possibilities for potential balancing. A separate calibration unit (WCB2) can be connected for setting of e.g. time and lock functions. The soldering station is manufactured in a complete ESD-safe design.
Miniature soldering pen WMP has a heating element and temperature sensor integrated in the handle and is therefore not changed when tips is changed, as suppose to conventional soldering pens that have them in the tip. For optimum heat transference between element and tip the tip's socket is integrated in the handle which puts the heating element right behind the tip. The element is of a new type, wire wound with silver threads which enables a faster power transference to the tip than ordinary ceramic elements. Ergonomically designed handle with short grip-to-tip distance.
